SHIPPING
DUE TO SHIPPING DELAYS AND HEAVY ORDER VOLUMES, PLEASE ALLOW 5 BUSINESS DAYS TO PROCESS THE ORDER FOR SHIPMENT AND 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS FOR SHIPPING. YOU WILL BE UPDATED WITH A CONFIRMATION OF SHIPMENT ONCE YOUR ORDER IS SHIPPED.
RETURN POLICY
NIA LYNN offers returns on all full price merchandise for U.S. customers within 14 days of the delivery date.
Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags and liners attached. We ask that you wear underwear when first trying-on your purchase, as we reserve the right to refuse returns that show any signs of wear.
NIA LYNN reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return requirements.
RETURN PROCESS
Please include your order # and items you are returning. Once you initiate your order you can use any shipping service you would like to send your items back. We do not offer free return labels at this time and we ask that you provide a tracking number once shipped. Once your return is received we will process your refund in full to the original form of payment. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to show on your original form of payment once received.
EXCHANGES
We are unable to offer exchanges, but you're welcome to return your order for a full refund and place a separate order if you wish to exchange.
We kindly ask you to follow these steps:
- Initiate a return for the swim suit you wish to exchange.
- Upon receiving your return, we will process a full refund.
- Place a new order for the desired swim suit on our website.
What if I lose my original packaging?
Not a problem! As long as the original tags and liner are attached you can ship back in any packaging.

Swim Returns: We do not accept returns for swimwear that has been worn, altered or washed. All swimwear returned must be in new and unused condition with sanitary strips in place. All swimwear that meets the return criteria above must also be repackaged in its original packaging with all tags attached.
Nia Lynn is not responsible for returns until they reach our Distribution Center in Vernon, CA. Keep the proof of postage and tracking number when shipping your return as we are not liable for returned packages that are lost or stolen in-transit. Without proof of receipt/delivery, Nia Lynn will not process your return.
Please allow 5-7 business days from date your return arrives in our Distribution Center for your return or exchange to be processed and shipped.
